What will you be doing with us?

• Development and optimization of backend solutions for modern AI products
• Integration with external systems and services (REST API, MCP)
• Design and integration of database models for scalable applications
• Working with cloud infrastructure and container platforms

Technical skills we expect

Python — advanced knowledge

• Excellent knowledge of Python and its internal mechanics
• Advanced data structures (list/set/dict comprehension, iterators ...)
• Asynchronous programming: asyncio, event loops, concurrency vs. parallelism

Backend technologies

• REST API: FastAPI or Flask
• Authentication and authorization: OAuth2, JWT, sessions
• Experience with MCP is welcome

Databases

• Schema design, indexing, SQL query optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• NoSQL basics (Redis, MongoDB)
• Fundamentals of vector and graph databases (Milvus, Neo4j)

DevOps & infrastructure

• Container creation and management (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Basics of cloud services (Azure, AWS)

Knowledge welcome

• OpenAI API
• Neo4j
• LangChain, LangGraph

from €2800 / Gross
