QA Automation Lead
A role for someone who will build the QA function from scratch - from agentic architecture through LLM output consistency to real user scenarios.
As a QA Automation Lead, you'll be the first person in this role and help us build the QA function from the ground up. We're not looking for someone who will just inherit an existing process, but for someone who can design it, set it up, and gradually scale it. Jarvis is a personalized AI assistant with long-term memory and an agentic architecture that adapts to each user's individual needs and integrates into their everyday digital environment. Quality therefore doesn't mean just classic functionality testing - we need to systematically verify AI agent behavior, LLM output consistency, the reliability of orchestration logic, the integrity of the memory system, and real user scenarios across web, mobile, and external integrations.
What you'll actually work on
designing the QA strategy for Jarvis and related applications - from agentic architecture to the user interface
defining acceptance criteria for LLM outputs, agentic workflows, and edge cases
setting up automated tests, API tests, and regression testing
testing integrations with external tools (e.g. Google, Perplexity, and others)
bringing testing into the CI/CD process
collaborating with SW Engineers on defining quality standards
identifying risks, weak spots, and room for improvement
potentially building and leading a QA team in the future
What will help you succeed in this role
We're not looking for checkbox skills - we want someone who can design and kick-start QA. It helps if you have:
experience with QA automation or technical testing
the ability to design a testing strategy from scratch
experience with tools like Playwright, Cypress, or similar
experience with API testing and integration scenarios
real hands-on CI/CD practice - not just basic awareness
independence, technical thinking, and a pragmatic approach
an interest in AI, LLM, and agentic systems - ideally real experience too
advantage: experience testing AI/LLM systems, chatbots, or agents
advantage: experience with prompt testing or evaluating AI outputs
advantage: experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow tools
advantage: experience building a QA process or team
