What will you do with us?

• Design and build AI systems that can learn, adapt, and respond to real user needs.
• Train neural networks — from data preparation to models that work in context and reliably solve complex problems.
• Transform research ideas into functional prototypes and deployable solutions.
• Design and integrate vector and graph databases for intelligent search and modern RAG architectures.

What do we expect from you?

• Expert-level Python (OOP, async, optimizations).
• Practical experience with machine and deep learning (regression, classification, embeddings).
• Creating and training neural networks in PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras.
• LLM & NLP experience: GPT/BERT models, tokenization, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG.
• Working with data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Polars).
• API creation (FastAPI or Flask).
• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and MLOps (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Experience with cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, Google Vertex AI).

Knowledge welcome

• Information Retrieval: embeddings, vector search, semantic similarity.
• Computer Vision: OpenCV, YOLO, segmentation models.
• Advanced NLP: LLM, BERT/GPT architectures, tokenizers, RAG.

from 3,500 €/Gross
