Senior AI Engineer
A role about making AI robust in practice, not just fast in experiments.
As a Senior AI Engineer, you'll be part of the core team at dius.ai powering Jarvis - an AI assistant and agent system that works in real-world scenarios. You'll design, develop, and improve the AI components that form the heart of the product and influence its behavior, accuracy, and usefulness. This role is about making AI robust in practice, not just fast in experiments.
What you'll actually work on
designing and implementing AI models, pipelines, and inference mechanisms
designing and implementing AI models, pipelines, and inference mechanisms
building stable RAG and contextual retrieval systems for real use cases
collaborating with backend developers so AI components work smoothly in the production flow
working with data, embeddings, and model performance evaluation
What will help you succeed in this role
We're not looking for checkbox skills - we want people who can deliver AI solutions that work in practice. It helps if you have:
experience developing and deploying LLM/AI systems
experience developing and deploying LLM/AI systems
experience with RAG, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines
experience measuring and evaluating AI performance
an eye for robustness, stability, and edge-case handling
